Being in a military family I moved to Whidbey Island in 1960 and I have been a licensed Realtor specializing in Fidalgo and Whidbey Island Real Estate since 1978.
I have experience selling residential, commercial, improved and unimproved land. I am one of the leading sales and listing agents on Whidbey Island. I have assisted in the development and/or sale of several thousand acres and hundreds of residences on Whidbey Island. In 2005 and 2007 I was among the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide and in 2008 I was among the top 2%. I have consistently been among the top 10%. I use innovative advertising and marketing techniques to ensure potential buyers know about your property.
My daughter, Anna, received her Real Estate license in 2004 and works for me as my full-time Assistant.
